Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Generali Investments CEE” or “Company”) is an investment company providing services in the field of collective investment and asset management. It has been active in the market since 1991 (formerly under the name “ČP INVEST investiční společnost, a.s.”) and it is one of the largest asset managers in the Czech Republic and in the entire CEE region, with the value of the managed assets CZK 376,4 billion (according to the Czech Capital Market Association, information as of 31.12.2023).

Generali Investments CEE offers a comprehensive range of products and services to individual investors and institutions in the field of collective investment and asset management. Due to its strong analytical background, the Company is able to provide professional services in the field of asset management especially to municipalities, foundations and institutional investors, including mostly insurance and reinsurance companies and pension funds.

The basic offer for individual investors consists of the Czech mutual funds of Generali Investments CEE in CZK and the Irish investment funds of Generali Invest CEE plc in CZK and EUR. The offer of direct investments in investment funds is supplemented by regular investment products, investment programs and life cycle products.

Generali Invest CEE

Generali Invest CEE plc (hereinafter “GIC” ), whose management company, investment manager and exclusive distributor is Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s., is an open-ended umbrella fund in the form of a joint-stock company with variable capital (SICAV), awarded and licensed in the Irish Republic as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the European Communities Regulations (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities).

GIC is structured as an umbrella fund consisting of different sub-funds (comparable with standard funds) each comprising one or more classes. The core range of products is based on 11 sub-funds denominated in EUR, CZK and PLN with various investment strategies.
