Profile of the CompanWith effect from 1 January 2016, the merge of Generali Investments CEE, a.s. (the acquired company) and ČP INVEST investiční společnost, a.s. (the acquiring company) was entered into the Commercial Register. From this date the company shall bear a new name - Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s. The merge of the above companies has been approved by the Czech National Banky.

Generali Investments CEE provides services in the area of collective investment and investment management. The company has been operating in the market since 1991 (formerly called ČP INVEST) and according to the current information provided by the Association for Capital Market in the Czech Republic it is the biggest investment company operating in the Czech market, with assets under management exceeding CZK 265 billion.

Generali Investments CEE provides full product offer and services to individual investors and institutions, both in the field of fund products and asset management. Thanks to strong analytical background we are able to provide professional services in the sphere of asset management to individuals, municipalities, foundations and institutional investors such as insurance and reinsurance companies and pension funds.

The basic offer for institutional investors contains Czech mutual funds of Generali Investments CEE (formerly ČP INVEST) denominated in CZK and Irish mutual funds of Generali Invest CEE offered in CZK and EUR, which our company has under management. The offer of direct investments into a wide selection of mutual funds is supplemented by a selection of regular investment products, investment programs and life-cycle products.

Our investment specialists manage investments of more than 100,000 clients made through both regular investment schemes and one-off long-term investments into funds. Nearly 13,000 consultants of internal and external network available at as much as 4,500 branches take care of contacts with clients and satisfy their needs.

Generali Invest CEE plc, whose management company, investment manager and exclusive distributor is Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s., is an open-ended umbrella investment company with variable capital and with segregated liability between funds incorporated with limited liability in Ireland as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations.

Generali Invest CEE plc is structured as an umbrella investment company consisting of different funds each comprising one or more classes. Core product offer is based on 11 mutual funds denominated in EUR, CZK and PLN with various investment strategies.
