Generali Corporate Bonds Fund i suitable for less conservative investors that may invest their money for less than three years and are seeking returns higher than those offered by government bonds. Investments into the fund are divided across sectors and regions. The fund invests primarily into non-investment grade bonds that offer higher potential appreciation thanks to their credit premium. A thorough fundamental analysis of the company along with the macroanalysis of the given state precedes the selection of the bonds. We give preference to bonds with shorter maturities. Riskier bonds are afforded less weight and/or have a lower period of maturity in the portfolio, and vice versa. The portfolio is actively managed.
